I like almost everything about the MR IWI Baby Eagle/Jericho 941
except that I hate that damn slide mounted safety...
(can't get past it - dealbreaker for me)

I really like the change they've made with the safety. I wouldn't mind having one in .40 S&W.

    I had a original 941 with the 9mm and .41 AE conversions.
Carried it till the finish rubbed off.
    Heavy carry.
The polymer frame has caught my interest though.
I still sometimes miss .41 AE.
It was good round, but just didn't make the cut.
    The memories...

I have a Jericho 941 and have let several people shoot it. So I know there will be some very happy people out there that have been looking for one.

Does anyone have any info as to when these may hit the shelves? The idea of a compact, steel framed, CZ based .45 has gotten me all hot and bothered.

I won't be getting one, but they made a very smart move going to a frame-mounted safety.
That little modification from the original will get more buyers.
Even smarter keeping a steel frame available, even as they have a polymer frame version now available.
