Colt Police Positive 38spl with issues

Had a buddy drop a Colt Police Positive 38spl on my table today - its in very good shape - its having cycling issues - its getting stuck in the middle of sa & da - im not a Colt wheelgun guy and was wondering if anyone knew of a Colt wheelgun guy or girl in or close to the Lafayette area

Ok I did some research and tore it apart - found that a part called the bolt(not the early model) missing - the mounting hardware is there but there is no bolt/cylinder stop - would anyone have a idea where to get old Colt parts - I tried Numerich but out of stock - any info would be much appreciated

Talked to the factory today - was lucky they had only 1 in stock - newer part but n/o stock - they said it should fit -should be here in a week - thanks for the info
