I've never had problems getting Glock parts. Yes they have been from either third party suppliers or armorers, but they are easy to get. One of the reasons I like the platform. I've got enough parts for complete rebuilds on every Glock in the house.

Try getting spare parts for an M&P or a plastic Springfield. Smith parts have been out of stock and back ordered forever, even through the third party sites. Springfield was difficult to get parts for even in the good times. They don't want people screwing with their guns. The treatment we got during the XDs recall and the fact I can't stock spare parts easily is the main reason I don't and won't own one anymore.

Glock parts have always been easy. Now that the factory is selling them selling them it gets even easier.

    EDIT:

Well, I checked the site out. It needs work. Right now they have 138 parts for sale. You can choose to view 12, 15, or a whopping 18 parts at a time. The site is very slow for me. All other sites are running like normal but theirs is around 56k dial up power. Will probably get better I'm sure.

The parts listed are not what I was hoping for at all. The most useful thing to me would be the spare recoil rods. Most everything else is the accessories that come with the gun. Backstraps, sights, cleaning rod, mag base plates and parts, factory barrels, etc.

I'll check them when I'm looking for more parts in the future but will probably stay with the third party sites. Still, it's a start.

but a new EXCEL spreadsheet showing all Glock spare parts in the inventory that ANY one can order and have sent to them.

However, I am computer dyslexic and dont know how to link that parts order form not shown in there website here for all to use.

Somebody PM me your e-mail addy and I will forward the spreadsheet to you if you can link it for everyone to use.

All Glock spare parts are listed and not only are they inexpensive but so is shipping. Now you can order parts directly from the manufacturer, and while the wait time may or not be long..................what a deal!

Got the XML file in your email today. For some reason the site won't let me upload the xml so it's converted to a PDF for those who are interested.

The parts and Glock being a super simple pistol is part of the reason I like them so well. Almost anyone can work on them with a little bit of knowledge.

Yep. They are a very simple handgun to disassemble 100%. I took apart my Glock 22 work gun a few weeks ago for the first time with the help of a OEM disassembly tool and a simple youtube video.

This reminds me, I need to order a new slide stop.

Ive never seen that mag floorplate that holds a 1" diameter flashlight before. Thats interesting. Not sure its needed, especially if you use any of the known techniques. But its interesting.

Color me un enthused, I can buy a barrel, rebuild a magazine, replace a recoil spring, or change sights from the factory. Can I switch out those "serrated target" triggers for the G17 smooth one, or doa NY1/"-" connector trigger job, NOPE!
