Just picked up a 9mm conversion barrel for my 23 along with some factory g19 mags.
How reliable is this going to be with the .40 extractor etc.

    Please share your experience.

Ps....this is just for plinking, not carry.

I have put 1k 9mm rounds through my gen 2 g23 with a Lone wolf conversion barrel without any malfunctions, so it seems pretty reliable to me.

I run a Lonewolf 9mm barrel in my G27 and have never had a hiccup. In fact, my G27 with the LW 9mm conversion has been more reliable than my G19 with the factory 9mm barrel. My guess is that the G23 is probably even more reliable than the G27 with the conversion.

My experience with a .40SW conversion in a G20 isn't representative, as the extractor is the same.
