My Wife's Gen4 Glock has a vastly superior grip texture to my Gen3. Now I see a lot of folks offer custom stippling for a bit over $200, but the Timberwolf frame appears to be of a similar texture pattern to the Gen4, at $200, stripped.
What are the pros and cons of one over the other?
I realize a stippling job may lower resale value but with the Timberwolf, I've got to go through all the background check paperwork, transfer fees, etc...
Does the Timberwolf offer something a custom stipple job doesn't? Will a stipple job weaken the frame?
