XD grips suck, what do you do?

I'm having trouble with follow up shots from my .45 because of the smooth, rather basic grips. Any XD owners upgraded the grips?

Talon gun grips look like a good solution.

I have the Talon grips (textured rubber, not the sandpaper ones) on my XDs 45 EDC. Made a huge difference for me. Installation was relatively easy and they seem to be wearing well.

I completely understand.

I did my consolidation down to "one platform" several years ago.

But I did just recently re-branch out into the Austrian world.

I have the Talon Rubber Grips on my XDM. Love them. They've been on for about 4 years, no peeling, etc. I'm relatively easy on my guns although they have a lot of rounds down the hole.

Talon rubber grips will make a so so grip an amazing grip.

Talons all the way. I had the rubber grips on an XDS 45 and it proved to be a pretty good combo.

I run Talon's on my Glocks as well as my CZ P07s. Rubber texture Talons just make the gun feel perfect to me. They're cheap to try too.

I got lucky. I was given a very large sheet of something very similar to Talon grips. I use it a lot. And not just on guns either.

But I have had it on my XDm for a while now and it's working great.
