INGO's own beloved gun blogger and HMFIC at the NRA's Shooting Illustrated (well, Handgun Editor), Tamara, takes a spin around the range with the new U.S.-made Sig P210.

    Tam guesses $1500.

The sig 210 has a nice clean look. It has always seemed out of reach (price) before. Like the reviewer mentioned, it will all come down to how it performs over time. I liked the 'ran like it was on greased roller bearings..' comment. They did mention the dreaded MIM acronym though. I'll let the rich people try it out first.

I wonder if it would be beneficial for Tam to compare her recent expecience shooting a new USA made P210 to an older civilian market P210-6.
Mine currently is wearing left hand target stocks, but the originals can be reinstalled.

I guess she'll respond here if she's interested.

I'd hardly call one magazine an "experience"; I do hope to get my hands on a test gun at some point.

I've fired several older 210s, but only coonfingered the 210-6. Based on the little bit I handled the newer gun versus the previous 210-6, I hope a lot of pride of ownership is attached to lack of MIM the way it can be with 1911s.
