I have a P220 Carry. (Its has a barrel that is 3.9" instead of the standard 4.4".)
I need to get a threaded barrel for an inbound Osprey45. Sig does not make a threaded barrel for this weapon.
I even considered getting a Standard 4.4" Sig barrel and having it threaded...worried about clearance issues.

I have looked around at Bar-Sto, EFK, etc.
I am strongly considering the EFK threaded barrel and am wondering:
    1. How well they fit?
    2. Do they need to be fitted by a "smith?"
    3. Reliability issues (EG: fail to feed/eject, etc)
Please chime in if you have experience with EFK barrels OR if you have an alternate suggestion.

You just need to find out how long the standard P220 threaded barrel is and then subtract that from the standard length barrel for the P220. If that distance is equal to or larger then 0.5in, you can thread a standard barrel and use. I would bet it will not work though as my P226 threaded barrel is 0.58in longer than my standard barrel.

Could buy a standard P220 threaded barrel and have the threads extended and trim off the end of the barrel. Should be pretty easy and would sure work and fit.
