What Caliber Do You USUALLY Carry?

Hello,

I'm trying to see here what caliber is most popular in Indiana.

I've logged most of my carry life with a 9mm, but have recently started carrying the .45acp most of the time. I do own a .38 Special, but it usually plays backup if I wake up that day and figure I should need one. It does see primary carry at times though.

So, what do you carry? If you vote "other," please specify.

9mm, with modern defensive ammo being what it is, I personally see no increased benefit to .40sw or .45acp. (IMHO of course)

I have had a .45 since I was 21.

Usually carry a 45.

Occasionally carry a 9mm.

Always carry a 1911.

Just my preference.

Most of the time. In a Glock 30 or a Springfield Micro mil-spec. Although at times I will just carry my S&W 642 in 38 sp.

I carry for now a .357 first pistol I bought 20+ years ago.

9mm usually, .380 as a backup (LCP)

I'm really surprised that .40 only has one vote.

.45 ACP is business casual, a first date calls for the .44 Mag, workouts and jogging I go with .38 +P
