i downloaded it and don't see the referenced diagrams. do they show on your copy. i have a mac and it could be the problem.

I just checked my copy and I have all diagrams and illustrations but they take a few seconds to load. It may be a Mac thing but give it a couple and see what happens

I found my problem, it opened it in textedit. When I used Pages, it showed the diagrams okay. Thanks.
