New member here in West Lafayette, have occasionally browsed through the forums in the past but decided to take the plunge and join. I'm a (career) student at Purdue and hope to get more involved in the local shooting community, came here fresh out of high school in 2006 and am currently working on my PhD. Have already learned a lot from you guys and looking forward to actively learning a lot more.

What are you interested in? I know some people that were involved in the pistol and rifle club here but didn't see the real benefit considering the fees. I usually go to the Indy area ranges but have been meaning to check out Applied.
