Pretty sure there is still a glitch in the system. A little while ago INGO changed servers. Members are supposed to be able to PM mods & staff at any time regardless of post count. Since the server flip some have had problems, even after becoming site supporters. Best thing to do is make a thread, or find one like this, in the help section. It'll be seen pretty quick and forwarded to the mods if they don't catch it first.
