If they're smart they will hold the lemonade stands on the grounds of a school so people like us can't bother them, but they won't.

As much as I hate bloated bureaucracy.....

Maybe someone should make sure they have the proper licensing and permits for a small business food stand to be operating in all of those locations? Those Health Department permits are "for the children", you know. The IRS might want to be sure they claim the income properly (as a business, on a 1099, or with the correct paperwork for their 501(c)).

    I'm dead serious, folks:

"We are not going give up when it comes to passing common-sense legislation that will keep guns from criminals, terrorists and the dangerously mentally ill,"

How about the same laws for lemonade? Who knows what they put in there.

Ahhh.. you my friend are speaking of the evil lemonade stand loophole. Lets see how they like it when we attack their free enterprise. If I can't sell a gun, then they shouldn't be able to sell Lemonade. "But lemonade never killed anyone...", you say? Well, neither has a gun, by itself... Funny thing, I can actually cite several mass murderers who used lemonade as a lethal tool.
