In light of hte Ezell II ruling ruling how do local ordinances that ban gun ranges or zoning regs that are highly restrictive on setting up ranges be torn down/challenged? (I'm looking at you Monroe County/Bloomington)

I'm not in the business of setting one up but would use one. The county has an ordinance against outdoor public ranges. I know people who have tried to set up indoor ranges in Monroe county and run into arbitrary zoning roadblocks that have killed it.

    Thanks in advance.
