| Premier Arms Brownsburg-- great customer service
I called Premier Arms in Brownsburg yesterday to see if they had any holsters in stock for my Model 66. They happened to have a used one in, but I couldn't get there yesterday cause Cathy had the car at work. He said he'd put it behind the counter and save it for me.
Today, I didn't get off work until 2:05. Got home, got changed, got my gun, got out the door as fast as I could. It was 2:20. I was really not sure we'd make it before their 3:00 closing time. Cathy called them as I drove down the road, explained what was up, and said we'd be getting there right around closing time. She asked if he'd be willing to stick around a couple minutes if we were late. He actually agreed.
We managed to get there a couple minutes before closing, and left around 3:05, but I thought the whole transaction just reeked of great customer service. First setting the holster aside for me, then agreeing to stay late to make the sale. I mean, this was a sale of a used holster... nobody was gonna be retiring on this deal LOL. Kudos to Premier.
