I picked up a G-22 from them not too long ago. Walt ended up swaping out a 15 round mag for a beat to hell early 10 round mag. Then lied to me and told me that it came in that way. When I was standing right beside the guy who brought it in to trade, with two 15 round magazines.
The pistol came in with two, ambi type 5th generation magazines. For those who dont know what these look like. They have a rectangle cutout in the polymer, leaving the SS liner exposed.
This is for use in the ambidextrious magazine feature, found on some of the newer SF type pistols. It's really hard not to notice the magazines.

I don't see how that makes him a thief.
He took a gun in trade with 2 15 rd mags.
He sold it with 1 10 rd mag.

While he owned the gun it was his choice to do with as he wished with any accessories that came with the pistol.

Not necessarily what I would have done but not thievery.

No it makes him a theif..... The pistol came with 2 15 round magazines. He swaped out the one in the pistol for a 10 round magazine. So I didnt know he swapped it out till after i left and got the pistol home. See i had already looked at it when it had two 15 round magazines. I looked at it, agreed to purchase, filled out 4473, and paid He stole from me one 15 round magazine. This makes him a theif...

That's a little different.
Very unethical, He should have sold you what you had agreed to buy.
