3Rivers Archery

Ok, well he is the story. Never shot a bow but have been planning on getting into it. Really wanted to go traditional, so I end up finding 3Rivers Archery online, and what do you know, they are located in Ashley Indiana.

So I take the 25min drive north to check them out, well there really not a store, they have a small lobby/counter where you can pick up items as needed, the rest is a huge warehouse where they have most of their gear. They do alot of internet/mailorder.

Well I meet of of the guys there, Art.
He spends the next 3-4hours explaining traditional archery shooting, giving me instruction, letting me shoot just about every bow they have from recurves to long bows, horse bows you get the drift.

This guy/company is simply awesome!!
Never had customer service like I recieved today!!

For anyone that shoots traditional archery-this should be the only place to shop-everyone I met was simply nice and friendly to me, my wife, and 2 kids.

So thats the story and my experience.
He even setup my entire bow for me! Couldnt be Happier!

So what did you end up with?

Well sky was the limit, but I went very conservative. Since this is a whole new adventure for me.

Ended up with a complete setup-
T/D Recurve Bow-setup with all the goodies
1 dozen Easton carbon arrows
Stringer
Glove
Targets

All for around 3 bills!
Let the adventure begin, I am planning on my first deer hunting experience using this setup. I may not get a thing but the whole bow season will be fun never the less!

Good stuff. I started bowhunting 2 yrs ago, and using a gun is not enjoyable for deer anymore. I use compound and its hard enough.
