I have been corresponding with gunrunner(Kent) about laser engraving on a dog tag for a friend at work. He got back to me and told me to call before I come in. Well I was out that way and decided to just stop in. Well this is where I become an inconsiderate so and so because Kent was not in but he was called and came in on my behalf he could have said no and I would not have blamed him a bit. I had intended to send some rounds down the indoor range at his shop which was the perfect way to pass the short time it took him to arrive. I apologised for dragging him down there I didn't consider the benifit of owning a business is that you don't have to be there all the time. He sat down at the computer cleaned up the image I sent him and in no time I had exactly what I wanted. Kent is top notch. Great service, prices and people.
