    ... Marlin 1894 44 Mag w/microgroove barrel up for sale. Comes with:

    • Marlin 1894
    • Williams Peep Sight

    • 50 rounds of brass (if you don't reload let me know as I wouldn't mind keepin' these)

    What's the year of manufacture? Can probably tell by subtracting the first two digits of the serial number on the tang and subtracting from 2000.

    p.s.- how does she shoot at 100 yds?

    If that's how you calculate it she was manufactured in 1977 (1st two are "23"). I can post a pic if that's helpful. I forgot to add this is the pre-safety version if that wasn't already distinguishable in the pic.

    As far as 100 yrd accuracy, the gun-range I go to is only 50 yards long. In case it helps I took my wife out last weekend (who hardly ever shoots) and she put two outta four shots within an an inch of the bulls-eye at 50 yards
