Let me start with simple: Have you called Ruger?

They have an excellent customer service policy regarding parts. Is it possible that a recent model stock would fit yours? Ask Ruger.
Just another pretty face in a sea of anti-heroes.

Honestly I would contact Ruger first, I have had good luck with the Ruger service department over the years. Also, keep a watch on the auction sights if you are not in a hurry to get the stock

If that is not good, here's one.

    RUGER | 44 CARBINE R, 44 CARBINE RS, 44 CARBINE YR25 | ITEM#226570 | e-GunParts.com=

I would call verify with Numrich that is the correct stck and that it is actually on hand.
