Remington 700 vs 783

Has anyone heard of the 783? Has anyone shot one? Has anyone shot both and can give us a comparison of the two? I was looking at them at $410 for a bolt action .308 is a great deal, but it got me wondering why they're so cheap compared to the 700s.

The reviews are actually not bad. I almost bought one. It felt like junk and I really like Remington. The bolt was flimsy and rattled around. I bought the Stevens instead. Better ratings for the price. The 700 beats them both. Just depends on how much you want to spend.
