Picked this Husqvarna M38 up here on INGO a couple of weeks ago. Now normally I'm not one that would modify a milsurp rifle (like drilling and tapping for a scope mount), but since this one already had it done, I am happily embracing it. The Swedes are known for their accuracy (the long M96 rifles moreso than the M38 short rifles), and I always though it would be nice to scope one. I switched out the inexpensive scope that was on it for a Vortex that I had on another rifle (that I will now need to replace 
), added the flash hider and did a little cleanup on the stock, but that's it. It's a great little shooter and now I can't wait to try it out with the better optic.
