Also the airsoft version has a plastic post for the front sight where the genuine mbus is metal. You can also check the screw to see if it has loctite on it. The airsoft version will not have loctite.

I did some more in depth research and they are genuine 1st gen Magpul PTS sights. Crap.
The ones shown on the Magpul site are Pro's and Gen 2. These are designed for airsoft and are no longer made. The entire PTS line is gone as is the website. New they were about $30 a set. For used I imagine they are about $20. I wonder if I can find any airsoft players that would be interested.
    Thanks everyone for the information.

Still wrong, genuine magpul PTS sights are clearly marked as PTS on the sight itself. What you have are cheap chinese knock-offs. They outnumber the genuine sights online sadly.

The Gen 1's didn't have the PTS inscription as seen in this video:

100% fake. Magpul symbol is always on the UPPER half of the folding sight.
oh, and front sight doesn't have a symbol on it period.
This statement is correct. I went to Magpul's website to verify. Not only is it on the upper half of the sight, it is much smaller than the symbol on your sights.
Hopefully you didn't get hurt to bad.

Uh... This statement is not correct. Gen1 MBUS had the symbol on the bottom, like the ones he posted. It does however appear that those are not real Magpul.

Why wouldn't you use them? From what I'm seeing the finish seems to be the primary difference.
