![]() | Mosin Nagant I saw a Mosin-Nagant M44 rifle on a website earlier tonight (JGSales) and it said the rifle was "C&R eligible". Can anyone explain what that means? Will they ship it direct or do I need it to be done via a FFL? Thanks for any advice! |

C&Rs are any firearm 50+ years old or have been placed on the ATF list as C&R. A C&R license is $30 for three years. It will let you buy and have shipped to you a C&R firearm. If you don't want the C&R license you will have to have it shipped to a FFL-01 (dealer).
