![]() | Truck Gun Does anyone know the legality of having a rifle in your trunk for emergency self defense situations? Does it matter if it is chambered, just mag loaded, or completely empty? I can't find any code on this subject in the law. |

| God is Great, Beer is Good, and People are Crazy ![]() | Considered my Marlin .30-30 for the job, but I like her too much to bump and bang it and just leave it in the truck. I just carry extra mags and ammo in my truck and take them out when I leave it.
