decided to mod my AR today to make it a little more tacticool.

took the carry handle off and added an MBUS i picked up at Bradis this morning. then i mounted my new BSA red dot/flashlight/laser combo. next on the list is probably a change in handguards.

This is my work in progress. As you can see it still needs a little. I chose the AERO PRECISION stripped lower mainly because I like the fact it is marked as multi caliber. The internals are DPMS. I will be changing the trigger, grip and buttstock at some point. My wish list is for at least 3 uppers, 7.62x39, 5.56, and .45ACP. Maybe others as the budget allows.

They are out of stock right now.

KAC parts other than the lower and triggerguard are the rail covers, the M4 RAS, the 600m rear buis, I also have 1 more KAC 2 stage match trigger that I'll probably install.

The upper on it right now is a Colt 6731 that had the barrel cut back and a permanet FH attached. It is a 1/9 twist postban version of the 6721 upper.

So I guess this is a KAColt carbine

Went to the box-o-parts to get what I thought was my last KAC 2 stage match trigger and here is what I found.

So I installed one of them in the KAColt and put the other back in the box for the magic to happen again.

I have (almost) finished a 9mm AR build.
Unfortunately my camera seems to be broken, so here is a lousy cellphone photo.

RockRiver lower + RockRiver A4 upper + RockRiver 9mm bolt ramped by Adco + Spikes 16" 9mm barrel + VM Hytech mag block (uses unmodified Uzi magazines) + YankeeHill rifle-length handguard + cheapish TruGlo red dot (for now?) + etc.
