Tell me if these are problems worth sending it back over. This is a polish underfolder and not a cheap romanian. It locks up tight but im a lil worried about that gap.....I think this came from a milled rifle and that may be the differance in thickness maybe? just for thought rife cost me 750$ +30$ shipping +35$ transfer ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | After some more examining I found the problem. And folks Its not fixable. The trunion is riveted in crooked.... kinda like > / < Making the sight base lean slightly to the right and the mag lean to the left causing it to hit the folding stock. These rivets are not consistant. The stock is actually lined up perfect with the reciever. The sights are strait (front post is moved to account for the crooked sight base) (zeroed in shop im guessing) Now the pictures. I used a bic lighter to rest my camera on so I could maintain the same distance for a visual size comparison. heres the right and left rivets (these are marked R&L) ![]() ![]() [img] http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c193/ShortFreak777/090627_124556.jpg [img] [/img] http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c193/ShortFreak777/090627_124512.jpg [img] You also see this when looking from above.... the right rivet is highter than the left.... this causes the mag to be crooked and block the folding stock.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | wow some one thinks I should keep this? Im sure it would fire fine. But the idea of an underfolder is ruined if it snags the mag every time I fold or unfold the rifle. Im heart broken over this one. Should I get a replacement? or just get my money back? I could use some money...lol mostly to buy more junk for my other rifles...lol

![]() ![]() | I would send it back. Be it a firearm or a shirt with bad stitching, if its new and defective it goes back for replacement. Unless of course you think the quality of the product in general is not what you expected, then money back. ![]() |
