No.
A C&R License allows you to buy Curios and Relics directly from Distributors & Dealers and have them shipped to your home.

Well worth the $30 IMHO.

To buy from a Dealer all you need is a Valid ID and no felonies on your record.

FTF you just need to be over 18 and no paper work is required by law.

Having a C&R will also get you dealer pricing from Midway and Brownells.

I really should fill out the C&R application, it has been sitting in a file folder for over a year.
