Is this a good price or can it be beat somewhere local?

Its not a bad price, but by the time you pay shipping and FFL you're talking > $125. You can find a lot of those locally. Most gun stores will have one or two, and even places like Gander Mountain carry them. If you have gun show's near by, they're chock full of them, and can usually be had for < $125. The added bonus is you can handle it before you buy it.

if you look hard enough you can still find a few for $80-$95 these days
