  | Patterning a shotgun I'm looking at buying a shotgun when I get paid at the end of the month (to add to the 10/22 and Mosin Nagant I currently have). The question is where I can go to pattern it? At Atterbury, the shotgun range appears to be trap only and the rifle range does not allow shotshells (but seems to allow slugs). Other public ranges I know about are pistol only (or rifle shooting pistol rounds).
