Paul sold his in less than three days. I thought G&R was the only one to still have some in stock (as of yesterday).

This is one of those area's where you definately get what you pay for. I strongly suggest LMT (upper w/ no bolt carrier group will run $485) or Bravo Co.

Both of these are mil-spec and will stand behind their products.

For a bit more money now you will more than make up for it in the long run. You know what the saying is: Buy cheap, buy twice.

Ya, I know they went quick, I forgot to get one myself.

My experiences with G&R have been generally good. I always get a hefty discount when I order from them and shipping only takes one day. I had one problem with Grant when I ordered via e-mail. The order was changed, then it was lost, then finally shipped when I called to ask WTF. I was pretty upset that he had wasted my time, but when I called, his wife apologized profusely and shipped the items on the same day. When I have ordered from the website, I have never had any problems. The biggest reason I go back is the discount rate that no one matches.

Most of my issue with Grant stems from his price fixing BS, and make no mistake he is guilty of doing just that. The funny thing about the whole mess, he was just as guilty as the dealers he ratted on about selling below MAP on certain items. His hypocracy(sp) knows no bounds.
