One of Ma Deuce's Bastid Children or New Toy?

Just thought I'd share the newest acquisition into my hobby.

Armalite AR-50A1.

As soon as the scope comes in, me and this godly rifle are going to have some fun. I'll have more pics later.

Single shot. I figure that single shot will suppress an itchy trigger finger. I had handled a few 50's before, but chose this one because it is build like a brick $hit-house. Only draw back is that it weighs upwards of 45 LBS!

I've procured a few hundred rounds for now. As soon as I get my bonus, I'm going to invest in a press to work up a load. I've heard of 16 in. groups from a guy out west at somewhere near a mile...It's fully capable of sub-MOA at 100 yds.

Sorry about the kitchen pic, it was the brightest light I could find for a quick picture.

Let me get the set-up complete and I'll try to hit one of the shoots.

Which reminds me, anyone know the best way to de-link 50 BMG????
