Hi Joe,I noticed you gave me bad rep for asking a question about open carry.I said I wasn't trying to pick a fight.I just wanted to know why some people feel the need to brag about open carry,I think anyone that is looking for a pat on the back for doing this is not only childish but gives the impression they are only trying to intimidate people.As for calling it taking baby steps,anyone that thinks they are taking baby steps when carring a firearm,maybe they shouldn't carry.I did notice that they didn't answer the question,why do they need to brag about it?Carring a firearm is not a game as some people act like it is.As I stated in my post I do open carry at times but don't feel the need to brag about it,and no I'm NOT trying to pick a fight with you.I have read some of you post and I believe you are a smart man and say what you think and I respect that.Stay safe,Bob.

Joe, blogs are all about personal opnion and the First Amendment that we all love so well. I was simply stating my opninon as we all do on this site. I am FAR from an anti-gun mind-set. as a matter of fact I wish all people respected and owned firearms as much as you and I. I am going to ignore your name calling antics. And be the "Bigger" Fudd.
Now that I have responded to your negative attitude, may we talk as adults? Im interested in your point of view. BESIDES the fact that
" Because We can", what is the purpose? Is there a tactical purpose? Whats the advantage of someone knowing you have it? Please educate me.
And by no means do I have the intention of taking your 2nd Amendment right away. I believe in this Country with all my soul and the foundation by which it sits. I don't look down on anyone Just because they OC. But I have to question their intentions.... Did you know it's perfectly legal to go up to an ordinary citizen or LEO and call them every name in the book and LEGALLY its ok. But "Just because I can" do it...doesnt make it the best decision and I have to question that persons Intentions.
We dont need to hate one another due to views. Maybe we could learn something from each other down the road? Please dont be a stranger...I look forward to many more of your opnions in upcoming threads.

Joe - sorry to bore you, but Anthony brought this up to get feedback. He went back and looked at things, saw what I was talking about and stepped up to the plate. Talking things out ALWAYS beat takin' 'em to court, IMO.
