    Just a quick question.... I saw you were in my area of Indy and was wondering where we are to apply for our LTC. I plan on going this coming Monday and I've been told and have read that it's at the City/County building downtown. Is that correct? I just want to be sure because I'll have to take a longer lunch break and I don't want to make the trip downtown and find out I've gone to the wrong place.

    I appreciate your help. I just found this site and was grateful to find so many people with a shared interest in firearms and protecting our Constitutional rights.
