WTT/ or WTS Carrier 5 ton A/C unit

I have for sale or trade a NIB Carrier 5 ton A/C unit. It has 2 A coils - 1 for vertical mount and 1 for horizontal mount. The purchase price is $1,300.00.
Willing to look at gun or ammo or combo trades.

What's the SEER and does a factory warranty apply?

I'd love to, but 5 tons is a bit long for my house (I think).

I would have to look at it to see what the seer is - its still at the old house in the garage.
I want to say its 13. It should have a warranty from Carrier. This uses Puron and is very high efficiency. The furnace that came with it is 96 +

Probably a dumb question but is this unit big enough to cool a 2400 sq. ft. house? If so, I'll talk to the wife about possible purchase. Our unit is on life support.....

It should be plenty. My house was 2,300 and they told me it should keep it really cool.
