WTS: 57 chevy 2dr hardtop/pro touring/$28k

lt1 crate engine 3,xxx miles. crate turbo 350/3,xxx miles as well.
slick engine compartment/aluminum inner fenders,firewall,and radiator cover.
panels are beadrolled and powdercoated silver. k&n cold air kit inner fender mounted.
electric fan with adjustable switch. gloss powder on master cylinder and wiper motor.
ford 9" chevy 4 3/4 bolt pattern, posi, i think 4:11?
ford mustang II rack with disc brakes and chevy 4 3/4bolt pattern rotors/2" drop spindles
air shockson rear with brass lines. all stainless exhaust, no bends, all welded bends from
manifolds to rear bumper/2 3/4.
60's tuck-n-roll, front seat is stuck in "back" position. aftermarket wiring harness.
"i did it" steering column with tilt, billet knobs and "lecarra billet wheel. dakota digital gauges in stock dash.
alpine cd receiver "cda-7863" new jbl 5 1/4 mid with tweeters in kick panels. new pioneer 6x9
in newly recovered package tray. small amp and 2-12" subs in trunk. battery in trunk as well, with
matching tuck-n-roll. 17'x7" new coys this car had gold:grille and fender louvers, i changed to go better with
the satin black. still has gold "bel-air" on quater inserts. i wouldnt hesitate to jump in this car and go on
cross coutry trip right now. car is ready to cruise and enjoy now....fix the small things in time. all the hard work
and high dollar work is done.

car was friends of family for 30+ years. had 1800 miles on everything he did when i got it.
he had the engine/trans/wiring/gauges/exhaust and sheet-metal work in engine compartment
done and no expense was spared.
had flames and chrome smoothies on it when i got it. was more custom then with shaved front
and rear "vee" no fender louvers,flags or anteannas. no heater core, there is 'ac"
compressor, but nothing else for ac. i
recently had it done in "hot rod black" single stage paint. there is filler in the passenger door.
small dent in wiper valance. hood needs aligned in front. some floorpan rust as well. that is
only body flaws i have found. small chip in windsheild, all other glass is great! all stainless on
car i would say is nice. couple small dings on outside trim around inserts.

was hit by idiot running redlight while reading and hit in right front corner.
which is why most of the following was replaced.since buying it i have purchased the following new:
both fenders
grille
hoodbar extensions
both headlight bezels
lightbar with new emblem and running light lenses
new front bumper
both rockers stainless trim
front and rear "vee"
fuel injection badges on fenders- no script
tail lenses with blue dots
dual inteanneas
both mirrors
passenger fender spear
radiator valance
all 6 fender louvers
new black carpet and "bel air" floormats
all from "mainly chevy" in california.

new 17"x7" coys with new falken 245/45/zr17 tires.
recently aligned 4-wheel

i am currently working on the following, or that is wrong with car:

dome light-doesnt work
turn signals-fronts dont work
drivers side front seat post/1" cut in seat/seat in "back" position
dash and headliner are in great shape but having them dyed, hopefully this week?-faded
gas gauge doest work, always shows 30%-34%
license plate light-doesnt work
hope i have describes car in detail as much as i can. i wouldnt want to see any surprises
if i was looking at a car to buy, and wont have any surprises for anyone else.
from all the cars i have seen listed for sale here and there, this is very fair price.

I sold my 57 to go to collage. I still don't know if that was the right decision or not. Sweet ride!
