WTS: Some sort of motorcycle, it appears

wts my bike. 2003 honda cbr600RR. bike has just under 15000 miles on it. It is black with red rim tape. Bike has frame sliders, swingarm sliders, custom vlack bar ends and cutsom black and silver CBR racing grips. Brand new (under 1000 miles) perelli diablo corsa 3 tires that still have the nipples on them. Yoshimura RS-5 full exhaust system with polished stainless headers and midpipe and titanium muffler. This exhaust sounds sweet. The bike also has blue headlights installed. This bike runs amazingly with the 2 stage fuel injection system. 4 injectors that run all the time and 4 more injectors that kick in once the rpms are over 5500, and with the 15K redline youve got lenty of time to enjoy that. I have a nice HJC helmet that is black white and silver that was 250 new and a speed and strenght jacket that was 200 new and is black white and silver, all this and a pair of leather riding gloves and a pair of riding gloves will be included in the sale. Sent off for title and bike has no liens. Asking $4700

Might be interested, but what does "sent off for title" mean. If there are no liens against it, shouldn't you have the title? Not trying to be a smart a**, just wondering before I get serious about it.
