   | WTS Modine Hanging Gas Heater $200 Up for sale is a used Modine model PA170AB hanging gas-fired natural gas commercial heater. This was previously installed at my work. It is in good overall condition, not perfect. The heater works fine, my boss replaced this with a quieter, more efficient model. The specs are as follows: Model#: PA170AB Max Input: 170,000 BTU/HR Output: 127,500 BTU/HR Thermal Efficiency: 75% Volts: 115 Amps: 3.0 Watts: 260 Phase: 1 Hertz: 60 Power Code: 01 Control Code: 11     Here are some pics, it's laying on it's side in my garage. It's fairly large, pretty heavy, would require two people to lift safely. Comes with an additional good used fan and gas valve from another identical unit. Located in Fishers. Prefer to have picked up, but might be able to work out delivery on your dime. Thanks for looking.
