 | WTS Custom Football Theme Smoker / Grill I am selling the smoker I just finished and broke in at the Oct 29 Friends of NRA banquet in Johnson County. It's been seasoned with 100 lbs of Boston butts, and about 100 lbs of BBQ chicken quarters.  It's a beast that can feed your family or your neighborhood. The firebox has a removable ash pan for easy clean out. Load it up with real wood splits or charcoal and wood chunks. Using the fire box, the temperature is adjustable from 190 ~ 350 degrees. A 60 Psi regulator powers the 30" pipe burner with a needle valve in line for fine tuning. Temperature can be controlled from 225 to Burn the crap out of everything!  . It is very powerful, however it will sit at 225 all day long.Rack is 22" X 33". Will fit 6 Boston butts weighing 12 pounds, or around 4 turkeys depending on their size.
