WTS/T: Cold Weather Boots

These boots are brand new. I am pretty sure they are are made by Rocky, but I no longer have the box. The soles are Vibram.

I have another pair which I wore in Kosovo for the coldest winter they had had in 25 years (winter 2001) and loved them. If you want them for both indoor and outdoor use, these boots may not be what you want as your foot will sweat quickly indoors due to the thick insulation layer. These would probably work best for those who spend a lot of time outdoors. I remember the box said waterproof, but no boot is fully waterproof. In snow, I have had no problems with the other pair. I would assume that if you get any water, it would come from the top.

The size is 11 1/2W. I never wear wide boots or shoes, but in these boots, the wide version fits me better. To give you an idea of relative size, I wear shoes from 10 1/2 to 11 and boots as big as 11 1/2.

I would like $100 for them. We can meet in Marion Co. or I can ship. If applicable, buyer pays shipping.

My preference is to sell, but I can also trade. I'll consider NIB Glock 17 magazines, AR-15 magazines, clean FMJ 9mm or 5.56mm ammo. If you have something else that you would like to trade, feel free to make me an offer as I might be interested.

In your opion would you say that they keep your feet warmer then Matterhorns?

I have never worn Matterhorns so I can't offer an opinion, but had friends who wore these and the Matterhorns interchangeably without any negative comments.
