 | Spikes Tactical Well I got my upper shipped to me pretty damn quick, with a free dent in it and a small chip off the charging handle. I called them and the lady that answered the phone was losing her voice so I had to email her the information and pictures. There was no damage to the box from shipping so hopefully they take care of this. Just got the new upper back today 12-3-08 and its perfect! Thanks Spikes and Tom!
