OK turns out that the shipping was only to show that they sent "an intent to ship" to UPS.

One of the two parts was backordered and they never told me (sure took my money) so I called and cancelled the order.

Watch the credit card VERY closely to be sure that the CC isn't charged. What you're describing is VERY typical of those slimeballs at Botach. You're lucky a human was reached to cancel the order.
