 | IMPACTGUNS.COM Horrible customer service. Ordered a 10/22 back in November in the color 'camo'. When I received the email notice it said digital camo. I emailed the customer service link and stated I wanted mossy oak, never received an email back so I emailed the sales and customer service emails again stating I wanted to cancel my order. Attempted to call, left message to call me back. NOthing came of it, was never charged on my credit card so I figured it was done with and they cancelled my order. A WEEK ago I noticed a $250 charge on my credit card...looked it up online and it was impactguns.com. The rifle was backordered over 3 months and they never sent me an email explaining it was backordered, nor on my receipt did it say it was backordered. Before I picked it up from the FFL I called impactguns and explained to them what happed. THey said they would gladly return it...for a $45 RESTOCKING FEE!!! Outrageous and let me tell you, two of my friends are no longer doing business with them. Moral of the story...stick to gun shops you know and trust. I am dont with online buying.  |

| Impact Guns I've had a very good experience with them. When I found that I need to send the Sp101 .327 back to the factory for a refund, and no longer needed the expensive Crimson Trace sights they glady took them back. No restocking fee mentioned. So I ordered the new Ruger LCP from them at the same time. They also have the best price I can find. I told them I only want an LCP with the serial number prefix of 371... or nothing at all and it was no problem. Jim
