Mark answered all of my questions via email and returned my phone calls promptly. He also took care of getting a copy of my local FFL. All I did was enter my CC number. Shipping was prompt as well. I did notice they raised their prices on the 6920 after I bought mine. But if the price is right, I would recommend these guys.
