+1 for Brownells (like they need it!)

Brownells already has one of the best reputations in the business, but I just gotta say their customer service continues to astound me.

I placed my most recent order on Monday 7/20. Got an Email confirmation within a few hours that everything was in-stock and my order had shipped.

Package showed up on my doorstep on yesterday (7/22). It was short a gallon of SLIP2000 725 Gun Cleaner, even though it was listed on the invoice.

I Emailed customer service that night, asking if the product had been back-ordered or shipped separately or what. Got a response at 4:02 this afternoon (7/23) from Ryan Keller, a Brownells CSR, stating "I show that the cleaner should have been included in your package. It was most likely not shipped out on our end. Since you have already been charged for the item I will go ahead and ship out a container to you at no additional charge. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." At 5:19, I got an Email saying my replacement order had shipped.

I friggin' these people. That kind of service (and the fact that I get Trade Discount pricing) is what keeps me coming back again and again. It also more than makes up for having to pay IN sales tax on my orders...
