 | jvoptics Hey guys, I just want to put a word of caution out there on this company. They have got some real good prices on their website concerning optics and such. I placed an order for some laser grips on 9/4. I have still not received them and my order still shows still "pending" on their site. I have tried to reach them on Friday and again today (twice) with email and phone with no response from either. I called my CC company today after trying to reach them (JVoptics) again and not receiving an answer (just some guy named "JAY"s VM). I told my CC company I wanted to know if any charges were made yet and they said no, but I went ahead and blocked the card anyway. I don't know what is going on here but I sure as HE** don't feel comfortable dealing with a company who has had my CC information for 10 days and can't be reached. Just a warning! By the way if any one else knows anything about this company and their experience with them, let me know. Thanks.
