Agreed. Another of their catalogues showed up the other day. Its not even fit for the bottom of a bird cage, I simply toss them into the trash where they belong. No need to support the bastards that tried to screw over gun owners when we were all in need. Heck I don't much like Wal Mart but at least they kept their prices low during the last 10 months, I have to respect them for their integrity. CTD has none that I can see and deserves no respect from me. Quote:
We can all learn from each other on forums like INGO. Personally I applaud you for being open minded enough to now question CTD. Last edited by melensdad; 10-09-2009 at 17:38. | ||

| INGO Bishop of Bacon ![]() | I recall not too long ago a number of people on INGO boycotting CTD because they were at the forefront of the price gouging at the beginning of the year. IIRC, they were selling PMAGs for $30 or $40 each, and that was the "sale" price. I can't find the thread in particular, but here are a couple of other ones. http://ingunowners.com/forums/online...ick_again.html http://ingunowners.com/forums/online...ell_kinda.html

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've had good service from them on some items that I have bought, but you have to be very selective and price shop first. I'd be interested to see how your ammo purchase goes if you buy from there. I'll be more cautious about CTD in the future because of everything that's been said here. Thanks for the insight everyone...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | For good ammo prices: AmmoNow.com Searching for the best ammunition prices They apparently survey a bunch of different sites and sort things in cost-per-round order. And, yes, on a number of rounds that I have interest in, CTD comes out as the best price. |

![]() ![]() | I am expecting my first order from them to show up tomorrow. 400 rds of .223 wolf and 40 rds of .308 wolf, under $130 shipped to my door in 3 days. I cannot see anyone beating that price but I could be wrong. I am open to suggestions if anyone can find ammo any cheaper. The only drawback being you have to order quite a bit to offset shipping costs which were less than $14 for this order. |

| Sharpshooter | They do have the best price on Brown Bear that I have seen anywhere on the net. $4.50 per box. Shipping isn't half bad either. All the other Bears have really good prices, too. Hopefully AIM or some other place will notice this and beat the price because I'd rather support some other place because of CTD's gouging last fall. But if they have the cheapest shipped price, I'll order from them. |
