Ordered 3 Walther magazines in June. They charged my Visa in July. Parts on backorder for 4 months. On-line system did not allow cancellation.

Spoke to very pleasant customer service rep. She cancelled the order and said a refund would be made.

Same experience ordered Kel-tec extended mags in July called and got the sorry I don't when they will be available when answer.

Contacted customer service again today. They still have not received any +1 mag extetions for the Kel-tec P3AT but did receive 3 magazines. They agreed to send out the magazines and eat the price difference. Not what I wanted but they didn't have to do anything but refund. Not all bad.
