    | To any Indianapolis LEO's: Gang activity? I work security on Keystone up by the the top of the loop, and we've seen an Upswing in Tagging in the past few weeks. Most notably MS13 tags.  What I'm thinkin is that its a bunch of Idiot kids copycatin and not really realizing what they are doing. However does anybody know if MS13 Has indeed moved up into the Keystone area around the fashion mall?
