![]() | Help your Illinois Bretheren if possible We've run into a little snag in Illinois with LTC. Seems the NRA favors an "all or nothing" approach, where many would like to take it a step at a time. Read the whole story here: Illinois Carry . We're trying to lobby the NRA's support for our efforts. The fight for LTC will be a lot easier with them backing us. If you agree, and want to see LTC in Illinois any time soon, take a minute or two to contact the NRA officials listed. Thanks, ABolt243

| INGO Bishop of Bacon ![]() | In my experience, the NRA has its own agenda and has no interest in supporting its own members. Have you tried contacting one of the other pro-gun associations such as the GOA or something?

![]() | At this time, we feel we need to use the assets that we have on hand. We have a very knowledgeble, effective NRA lobbyist in Springfield with 20+ years of experience. We truly feel that if we can just get the NRA to turn him loose, we will have the first step of LTC in very short order. We have convinced the NRA to officially move from "opposed" to "neutral". We want them to take the next step. Will you help us by taking a few minutes to write a letter of support for us and sending it to the NRA officials listed in the IllCarry thread??
